Payroll & Taxes
I have been processing payroll and taxes for over 30 years. I like to keep up to date with the payroll laws and tax information.
Printing checks, making direct deposits, printing out W2's, 1099's, quartile taxes and all ends of year payroll information and taxes are all part of the many services that I provide.
Accounting
Before your first payment is due all of your accounts will be reconciled.
My services include monthly statements and phone calls when necessary to get your money flowing through the door.
Tracking inventory is all an option I am capable of handling also.
End of year
Before the end of the year I will balance all your statements and loans.

I will work close with your accountant if you so wish and have everything ready for him/her to do your end of the year no later than the 15th of January.
Sales Tax
I am familiar with all of Virginia and South Carolina sales tax. I can get this set up and have your company straight in no time.
Financial Statements
Financial statements will be prepared in monthly or quarterly bases, which ever you prefer.
A breakdown can also be prepared to see where your money is being allocated.
